In April 2024 Dave (Sprout) posted a song "I still Love You". I loved the melody and it stayed in my head for weeks and I kept on going back to listen to it.
Finally I asked Dave for permission to make a cover version which he accepted. Here is the result.

@Sprout As Stan says in his comment. Your song has a hook. It has this phrase that hangs in your ear as a worm. And the lyrics were so romatic that I thought, I have to do this one with my Synth V vocals so we can give the love words to your wife a voice. Thanks for letting me do this.

@Grathy thanks for your kind words. The vocals are done using a Voice synth software. It is not an online AI thing. It is a software synthesizer that you buy and install on your computer. You make the melody as midi. And then you type in the lyrics on each note making a simple syntax to divide the syllabals on multiple notes. They sell the software cheap and then you buy voices. The voices are created from some computer models based on real singers that were paid to train the model. So no robbing artists without paying them. It is great fun and I see the software the same way as a synthesizer. And you still have the creative process of making the melody and writing the words and programming emotions like soft and passion. But none of the voices can sing like you Mary ;-)

I was in Paris for 3 days with my wife, Paris is such a romantic city (and it has changed so much since we left 10 years ago). It would have been great if I could have listened to that lovely song there. Anyway, back in Aix-en-Provence, I could have said "I still love this beautiful song".
