A lovely arrangement, indeed.  Sonically, I'd suggest moving the volume on piano a little higher, especially when it has the melody. Nice piano playing, Tom. I enjoyed the wind solos, Thierry. At 3:54, you have this jarring harmony (sounds like non-chord tones - the major third and the minor third together) that needs some further attention. Overall, an enjoyable listen!
