The letters of the poem are interpreted as amino acids encoded into codon triplets. Then the triplets are mapped to musical notes A, C, G and D. (D standing in for T). The harp playing throughout is playing the code...

I looked at the Condon tables, but then my brain short-circuited much like an androis on Star Trek, so I'll leave the decoding to the rocket surgeons out there.
