Eyes on You is a cinematic club track built around a slow-burning, sensual groove and hypnotic atmosphere.

Driven by a deep bassline, smooth disco-infused rhythm and elegant synth textures, the track creates a late-night NYC mood — intimate, magnetic and slightly mysterious.

The vocal is minimal and close, almost whispered, acting more like an emotional presence than a narrative. It moves with the music, reinforcing the tension and attraction between two silhouettes in the dark.

This track was created as a discreet tribute to a dear friend of mine, Sherri Sunshine, an iconic figure of the New York nightlife scene, who passed away in 2022. I learned about it later, and it stayed with me.

I knew her when I was living in New York, back when I was staying at 75 on Broadway, on the top floor, just across from Central Park.

Sherri was an actress and performer, and a respected acting teacher in Hollywood and later in Florida, where she studied with Stella Adler. She was known for her warmth, her energy, and her love of dance. In nightlife, her beauty, charisma and presence made her unforgettable.

I spent a long time working on this piece — exploring many different musical directions — before finally finding the right balance between groove, emotion and atmosphere.

The result is a track that is both club-driven and cinematic, designed to capture a moment where everything slows down, and one presence draws all the attention.
