"S'posin’” is a classic American popular song written by Paul Denniker and Andy Razaf. First recorded in 1929 by Bob Haring and His Orchestra. The jazz and traditional pop standard features the famous opening lines: "S'posin' I should fall in love with you, do you think that you could love me too?” It has been widely covered by legendary artists in Jazz by Louis Armstrong, Sidney Bichet and Johnny Hartman and in Pop by Frank Sinatra, Keely Smith, Jo Stafford, Bing Crosby and Dean Martin. Also recorded by Bebop Jazz saxophonists, John Coltrane, Tubby Hayes, Paul Gonsalves and Sonny Stitt and Bebop trumpeter, Miles Davis. There is open space for a soloist.
