Probably one of the DARKEST, themes I have done. Recorded around 2023, I somehow managed to make a cool jazz scale into a nightmarish entity. Done in Lydian flat 7, The sharp 4 creates a "floating" vibe and the flat 7 creates the quirkiness. I just set up keyboard and jumped right in building chords from the scale and then adding to it. This music represents what happens when you pass into the "other world" and the different sections add more ambiguity and confusion. Its really not a "song", but more of a "place". Very confining cause you pass thru different placers but everything still feels the same. Then towards the end when you think you are out of the woods...........
