ill be honest my hearts not in it at the moment the year so far has had a lot of downs and not a lot of highs. Life has its way of doing stuff and sadly at the moment its just not apart of my way of thinking relax not going to do something stupid I am just gonna plod along and from time to time if I do put music up it will be as ever on here and other places. I will keep watching to see what people are putting out and doing but my interaction level is as flat as a fart  is the best way I can put it
