I noted on a lot of the posts that have been submitted lack a 'Reply' beneath the poster, or the use of @ to auto send notification to whoever the reply was aimed at.

EG
When I reply to a post and mention a members name using the @ symbol, that person mentioned should get notified that someone mentioned them in a post, then just clicking on the link in the notifications, would send them directly to the reply.

Or, one could use a  'Reply' link under the posters message, then the OP, would also get a notification that someone 'replied' to the message.
