What about opening up first for old iComp members? Let them settle in.... for a week or two..
And then..
open for all
The idea behind it was to sort of aim for the same vibe back then at iComp with a lot of familiarity.. and with this idea also sort of create 'guardians' of the vibe with new comers..
I like this idea Djev! Preserve the friendly supportive community so all are ambassadors for when new people join. People can be territorial and having NEW people joining might take some time to adjust :)
But how to reach everyone? Unless there is a database of emails somewhere, it becomes a network thing: you remember and contact everyone you know that was on iComps. We can do that, although we'll not reach a lot of people.
