I was unable to log in for weeks. And finally figured it out: The "Welcome to iBandstand" section on the Home screen doesen't work. It saves my username and password, but it is unresponsive to any attempt to log in. Tried it from Safari, Opera, Brave, Chrome and Firefox. But... If I click in the Log In menu (upper far right) it opens a dedicated "Sign in to account" screen, and FROM THERE i finally was able to log in. I hope my bad english doesen't make this ununderstandable. I can record the process and send it to an email if needed.
Pd: The "Forgot your password" was equally unresponsive in the Home screen section "Welcome to iBandstand", but functional in the "Sign in to account" screen.
