Since the demise of Western Civilisation… I mean iComp, musically I’ve done squat.
Combined with living in situations pretty near impossible to play guitar makes for a musical buzzkill.
The ol’ creative juices had to be directed into other non-musical areas, the result ‘Battle Of The Librarians’ crime novel, and its unpublished sequel ‘Fallout’. (Battle Of The Librarians is on Amazon).
While taking 14 months to complete Fallout, one song was demo’d ‘Maggie’s Realisation’ now on iBandstand.
Maggie Mistri being the main character that the whole Librarian universe pivots around there’s over 20 characters in the two books, and Fallout was written in response for more Librarians from readers of the original book.
Librarians was initially written for fun for a handful of friends and from those initial short stories just got bigger and bigger.
Librarians would make an interesting graphic novel or radio drama. Although I did illustrate Librarians my ability at artwork is pretty basic.
Now iBandstand exists, perhaps the old guitar can come out of retirement?
