Still work in progress. Feedback appreciated. I wanted to call it Three Notes but decided on See Me Fly. It's about people who belittle your accomplishments and celebrate your failures. Most of the time they are people who are close. I wanted to keep it all laid back but I could not deny the metal head in me.

Lyrics
Out on the road
Somewhere all alone
I carry my load

I had a dream
I was flying through the air
You should have seen
I did not have a care

I was flying high
Way up in the sky
People looked up at me
Pretending not to see

Out on the road
Somewhere all alone
I carry my load

I came crashing down
Right down to the ground
People stood and stared
But no one really cared

Out on the road
Somewhere all alone
I carry my load

I just want to run and hide

In my dream
People were so obscene
Some people I knew
People I looked up to
I don’t know why
They didn’t want to see me fly

Out on the road
Somewhere all alone
I carry my load

@TrebleFace
I've only flown like that in some dreams. I usually get too high...get nervous...and start to fall!
Interesting concept. Cool sounds...

Your voice reminds me of John Lennon a bit here… It's an interesting piece, I look forward to hearing how it develops.

Not to be mean but
Okay, here are specific suggestions, which might help. I would normally make these privately but I think you can handle this, and it will benefit lots of people who post here whose music doesn't get listens for obvious reasons.
Put a pitch correction plugin on the vocals and the guitars.  Pitch challenge is not cool, fun or listenable. It's an easy fix once you've proficient with the tool.
The reverb on the tune needs to be tuned and equalized.  I know, what?
There is nothing in a reverb plugin worth listening to below 80h.  It just makes a cluttered mess.  Get rid of everything in the reverb you don't like with an equation tool.  Something to try?  Pan the vocal right and put the vocal reverb hard left then mix until they sound smooth.
Buss the vocals and add a high pass filter.  It may help to add a saturation plugin to create more signal.  Add a few db of this high to the vocals and they will become easier to hear, when they "pop" out of the background stop adding.
Again,  keep working!  Everyone grows, yer already much improved!
